Over Night Rates:
Our Rates: Rates are based on how many people are staying in each house and the number of nights each person is staying. Because our six houses can be reserved independently and vary in size there is a chart for each house below. The chart contains the per day rate for that house for both weekdays and weekends and does not include meals.
Minimum number of overnight guests: The Main House, Bunk House and White House each have seven bedrooms. These houses are reserved for larger groups only. The Main House requires at least four guests, the Bunk House requires at least five guests, and the White house requires at least six guests for each night of the reservation.
Single night stays during the weekends: Weekends are the primary time for retreats. Most people desire accommodations for both Friday and Saturday nights. Our housing rates are based on people staying both Friday and Saturday nights. We will try to accommodate those who desire to stay either Friday or Saturday night ONLY, but with an additional charge. Please contact the office for information.
Day Guests Those joining the group but not staying overnight are charged $10.00/day for each person.
All meals are negotiated separately and guests are welcome to prepare all or some meals for themselves.

White House: Two story house that is located ¾ miles from the main campus with huge front & and even larger back yard, basketball hoop, extra long screened in front porch and up & lower decks in the back. This house also has full kitchen with dishwasher and kitchenette on the second floor, huge dinning area, large living room with big screen TV, 2 bedrooms down and 5 up, 2 semi-private sleeping areas, and 4 bathrooms. This is the largest house on equally large property. (Bedrooms: queen; 2 twins; 2 twins; 2 twins; queen & twin; 2 twins; 2 twins; sleeping areas: sofa sleeper [a total 13 beds that will sleep 16]

Making Reservations: We ask for a $100.00 to deposit for each of the three larger houses and a $50.00 deposit for each of the smaller houses. If you need to cancel, deposit will be refunded if we are able to rebook.
Linens: We supply the bed linens, towels, pillows, blankets, and kitchen towels. We do not furnish towels for outdoor swimming or other uses. If our towels or linens are soiled or disfigured, you will be charged to replace them. The replacement cost of linens used for other purposes than what they were intended will be charged to your bill.
Furniture and Furnishings: All of our houses are furnished with couches, chairs, tables, lamps to create a home life environment. We also provide extra chairs and folding table in the larger houses. You may set up and move future to fit your needs. But we also expect you return the furniture to where you found it when you arrived and to put away folding tables and extra chairs.
No Pets: Dogs, cats and other pets are not conducive to a retreat environment and to guests who have pet allergies.
Damages: Guests will be charged for permanently stained linens and towels, broken furniture, damages to houses and/or the property.

When we receive your signed contract with deposit, we will confirm your dates and return a copy with both signatures. Meals are contracted separately. That contract must be finalized at least two weeks before your event.

Our meal prices are based on preparing and serving six or more guests at each meal. Arrangements can be made to meet the needs of groups smaller than six. Two possibilities are bringing prepared meals to the houses for warming and serving by the guests or adding a small preparation charge for each meal if you prefer eating in the dining room. Please contact us to discuss your options.

Meals are usually served at 8:00 to 9:00 am, Noon to 1:00 pm and 6:00 to 7:00 pm.
We will try to accommodate your group’s diet and schedule but may need to charge as much as $25.00/hour for extending the hours of those involved in food preparation and cleaning the kitchen and eating area.
Final meal count and special diets requests are due two weeks before arrival. Total Food cost is due when you arrive!
