Father Michael, an ordained Franciscan friar, is director of the ministry-team at Il Ritiro. His ministry experience includes
teaching, pastoring, pastoral counseling, spiritual direction, and administration. He coordinates the spiritual programs at Il
Ritiro including liturgies, retreat conferences, topical workshops, days of recollection, directed retreats, individual
counseling, and sacramental reconciliation.

Josephine has been "house mother" to our retreatants for more year than she cares to enumerate. She is our food
services coordinator and congenial "go-fer". Jo is always willing to brag about her wonderful family - all three
